Michael is a knowledgeable and experienced personal trainer with 10 years in the fitness industry. After spending time in the corporate world, he decided his skills were better spent making an impact on people's lives through exercise and fitness.

Passionate about getting clients results, Michael fosters a fun and welcoming gym environment for everyone! Always happy to have a chat and a laugh, Michael loves to spend time with people.

A firm believer that long term exercise is necessary for overall health, Michael loves making a positive impact on people’s wellbeing.

With a background in sport, strength, and conditioning, Michael is a big proponent of using resistance training to deliver improvements in body composition, strength, or sports performance. He has an eye for technical detail and advocates educating clients on how to move correctly from the outset to ensure their safe and continued progress.

Michael also enjoys competing as a Masters (40-44) Olympic Weightlifter; demonstrating that age is no barrier to a positive mindset and achieving personal goals.

  • Bachelor of Commerce

  • AWF Club Weightlifting Coach

  • Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness

  • Pre / Post Natal Certification

  • Kids Fitness Certification

  • CrossFit Trainer Level 1
