  • Semi-personal training is when you work with a trainer in a small group, usually with 2-4 people. You still get personalized attention, but you share the session with others for a more affordable price.

  • In regular personal training, it's just you and the trainer. In semi-personal training, you get the benefits of a trainer's guidance but with a few other people, making it more social and cost-effective.

  • If you want more attention than group classes but don't want to pay for one-on-one training, semi-personal training is a great option. It’s a good balance of support and cost!
